1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SongTrader.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Purchases & Licensing

All purchases on SongTrader.io grant you a license to use the complete, fully produced song according to the selected licensing tier. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the license agreement. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Producer Obligations

Producers warrant they own all rights to uploaded content. All songs must be complete and ready for publication. Producers must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights. SongTrader.io takes a platform commission on all sales as outlined in the producer agreement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not redistribute licensed content without proper authorization. Reverse engineering or scraping the platform is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

SongTrader.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
