Digital Product Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been accessed. We understand that issues can arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Technical issues preventing file download (if unresolved by support)
- Files that are significantly different from the preview
- Unauthorized transactions on your account
Non-Refundable
- Beats that have already been downloaded and used in a project
- Exclusive licenses once the beat has been removed from the marketplace
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Change of mind after accessing download files
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Crypto Payments
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the refund, not the original crypto amount. Refunds will be sent to the wallet address provided by the customer.
