Understanding your rights when you purchase a beat.

Basic License (Single Track)

  • MP3 and WAV file delivery
  • Up to 5,000 streams across all platforms
  • Non-exclusive rights — beat remains available to others
  • Credit to producer required (e.g., "Prod. by [Name]")
  • Cannot be used for broadcast, film, or TV
  • One commercial release permitted

Premium License (Track & Stems)

  • MP3, WAV, and individual stem files
  • Up to 50,000 streams across all platforms
  • Non-exclusive rights
  • Producer credit required
  • One music video permitted
  • Radio broadcasting rights included (up to 2 stations)
  • Up to 3 commercial releases

Unlimited License (Full Project)

  • All files including project/session files
  • Unlimited streams and downloads
  • Non-exclusive rights
  • Full broadcast, film, and TV rights
  • Unlimited commercial releases
  • Producer credit appreciated but not required

Exclusive License

  • Full ownership transfer of the beat
  • Beat is permanently removed from the marketplace
  • All rights granted — no restrictions
  • Includes all files and project sessions
  • No producer credit required
  • Price negotiated directly with the producer

General Terms

All licenses are perpetual once purchased. Licenses cannot be transferred or resold to third parties. Violation of license terms may result in legal action. If in doubt about your intended use, contact our support team before purchasing.
